Accounting

We provide accounting services for both SMEs and large corporations.
We have years of experience in providing services for limited liability companies, limited partnerships, foreign branches, subsidiaries of foreign companies, groups of companies. For many years we have been providing bookkeeping services for companies in lines of business, including manufacturers as well as trading and service networks.

Our accounting services include in particular:

• keeping books of accounts in accordance with the Accounting Act,
• keeping traditional tax revenue and expense ledger,
• keeping tax revenue and expense ledger with the possibility to extend it by accounts receivable and payable, assets register and income / expense analysis,
• keeping other accounting and tax documentation required by the Polish law,
• preparing statements and tax returns,
• preparing financial statements according to national and international standards,
• preparing reports required by the regulations on state statistics (CSO),
• preparing reports to the National Bank of Poland (NBP) in accordance with the requirements of the foreign exchange law,
• preparing reports for financial institutions (e.g. banks, lessors),
• consulting services to help organize the accounting system among other things regarding the establishment of accounts, preparation of accounting policies, including the chart of accounts tailored to the Polish reporting requirements and individual reporting within the group,
• supervision over the company’s accounting,
• technical support and assistance necessary in case of inspection by any government agencies or local governments, and audits of financial statements.
